The availability of quality Professional Services and Support to all Customers of UltiCAM software systems is extremely important. In order to ensure that quality services are provided, Total Wire Software Company has chosen to provide two support options for End-Users They may receive support either from an Authorized Supporting Reseller or directly from the Total Wire Software Company.


Whether your company needs assistance in software training or in planning your cable plant documentation, we offer a wide range of quality services to ensure your success.


Installation Services for UltiCAM consists of one day on your site. The services performed consist of software installation on an authorized processor and execution of standard tests to verify satisfactory installation and execution. A site survey and a review of the existing documentation is also included which will be used in the training class. This service is required for all network installations.


Training Services for UltiCAM consists of three or four days on your site for up to four Customer employees. Services performed consist of both user and technical training and associated training materials. The training of additional employees will be priced separately.


Consulting Services for UltiCAM consist of up to ten days on your site providing data load and implementing specific work flow procedures for using UltiCAM.


Total Wire Software Company provides a high-quality level of support to our Customers requesting an annual Maintenance Agreement. The annual Maintenance Fees is priced separately for each software version.

The Customer is provided with updated versions of UltiCAM containing improvements, code corrections and version updates. Prompt telephone advice and guidance on all aspects of UltiCAM is provided between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST Monday through Friday via 1-800 telephone support number. Plus, remote diagnostics, if necessary, are included.

Unless otherwise provided for, Service Fees do not include associated travel and living expenses. These expenses are in addition to the Service Fees.


Authorized Supporting Resellers have been trained and certified by the Total Wire Software Company to provide a specified level of direct support, installation, training, and consulting services for their Customers. Each Authorized Supporting Reseller may price their support services as they choose.
